I think rather than call other people deluded maybe you could look at this from a far less narrow perspective than you currently are.

Lots of people of all orientations who have been on the scene and on the site a lot longer than you have are all saying that 'straight' men fuck other men and TVs. And while the debate of does that mean they are heterosexual is a valid one it doesn't alter the fact they claim to be.

Dismissing that this happens, calling people deluded and coming across as a bit of a homophobe with the levels of disgust shown probably doesn't come across that well to be honest...

She described to me one of their biggest challenges - men in their 30s and early 40s, usually married, outwardly heterosexual, engaged in same-sex activity.

I cannot remember the percentage now, but I do recall raising my eyebrows.

It was a huge challenge to someone like her, because this group was so hard to reach when it came to sexual health communications.

Up until the point the "straight" guy actually indulges in sexual activity with another guy he is by definition "straight" (there's an argument that he could be considered bi curious but that would depend if he'd ever thought about it before) - so yes it's entirely feasible that a gay or bi guy could look for a straight guy and find one willing to indulge in sexual activity with them.

Once that act has taken place though they are by definition no longer straight, especially if they go on to indulge with others.

And that's before you even get onto the whole "Fab straight" debate

Quite, it can be denial, maybe they lie or they think as long as they don't kiss they are still straight also some guys think putting anything other than straight on their profile will lessen their chances with the ladies.

Labels don’t matter. People experiment and can change or not. Sometimes things happen in the heat of the moment that you regret no matter who you’re with.

Also, for centuries gay men have pretended to be straight, getting married even having a family for fear of persecution so certainly some men can and do have sex with people they’re not attracted to.
