I can't imagine there's much guys or ladies that would have that conversation with their folks. It's a weird one because nobody should be ashamed of who they are and yet in no way would I want to tell my mum that I was on here lol |

You would have to be part of a very liberal and free thinking family for everyone to understand. Although I don't consider myself a swinger, just happened to find my way on here.

Regardless of whether we were completely monogamous or all-out swingers meeting different couples and singles several times a week, I can't see us discussing our sex lives with our families.
The the answer is no, but not because of the swinging. It would be a no anyway. |

Some of my friends know as they are/were on here too.
Another friend of a friend knows too about my bisexuality because a couple local to me who I planned to meet showed her my pictures to ask if it was genuinely me.

I guess I'm lucky as I have only my gf and she knows and occassionally reads and looks on here..no family and am too much of a loner to have close friends.Tbh it doesn't t bother us who finds out..we are very sexual people and love that we are and love the freedom of openness.  |

Yes but it took me years to get to the stage of telling them. I've been on various kinkster/swingers websites for around 18 years. I had always kept it quiet, never told anyone my real name etc I was enjoying it and it suited my personal life but I was always scared they would be ashamed of me especially as my sisters are very overprotective of me (being the youngest). I had a couple of bad experiences with the lifestyle one in which resulted in the police being involved. I took a year break and then when I decided to return I decided to 'come out' to my family and close friends as I didn't want anyone to think they had the power to expose me to my family ever again.
Best thing I did they were amazing and supportive, yes they had questions. Just wish I had done it earlier. Even my two grown up children know and they are ok with it.
But I know I am very fortunate as it isn't the same for everyone. |

No although we think our eldest daughter suspects.
We've changed our profile names as we think her boyfriend is snooping around occasionally too. Less bothered about her finding out for sure than we are about him blabbing.
We have friends who we play with now who came out to us, told us they knew we were on here and they'd always fancied us, so that ended better than expected.  |
