I don't think I could do it for a living, I tend to write in spurts (behave yourself!), with quite long gaps in between. I find I start, push out a few thousand words, and then run out of steam, it can be ages before I go back to it again. Be nice to get something published though, both for the money, and seeing it in print as it were. |

What do you need advice on if you're already making a good living from it.
You weigh up if you can earn more than you do at your current job. If yes, happy days, new career. If not, you're staying at the grindstone. |

Been pondering this while working at my desk. I went part time in my day job and grew my income till I could quit entirely and do what I want to do for a living.
See if that's an option. Also, just go for it. I was told by loads of people "don't give up your day job". Not many people realise you CAN do what you want for a living if you have your head screwed on and are prepared to work hard.
