Buy an aspivenin pump. We use this as does the US marines and many rainforest explorers. It is a fab piece of equipment and it does work.

South Wales

I use a lemon based body spray from Lush (Dad’s Garden Lemon Tree) as last year i was getting hunted down by horse flies on a daily basis. And the bites swell and hurt and have left a scar or two on me, so had to take action.

This year i got the body spray and have only been bitten once on the leg on a day i forgot to put it on

You haven’t got fleas have you? (Don’t have to be a pet owner, can just jump on you while out and about) they mainly bite legs and ankles and it drives you mental...

I use Solu Cortef Injections its a Hydrocortisone Sodium Succinate,

Always used it when I was working in North African, it helps reduce the itching and inflammation greatly, last around 4 weeks.

Don't think you can get it in the Uk though without a Doctors prescription.

There and to the left a bit

I got bitten like crazy a couple of months ago when clearing the garden - Boots pharmacist recommended their own brand anti-histamine cream and it worked a treat
