Why don't people read profiles?

Mine clearly says seeking women and couples, but oddly even though it's the first line it's been missed! Now I know the issues come about regularly been here long enough to see that but just been approached by a man looking for females and he wants to watch me on the toilet!! The mind boggles.  |

Because there's nothing for them to lose in sending a message. At worst they get blocked in which case it's not loss to them, at best you reply and you're interested. Either way it's not exactly taken much effort to find out. |

If they read your profile it takes up time and they could have messaged at least 6 profiles in the time taken to do so. Its all about the numbers with many people. |

If they read your profile it takes up time and they could have messaged at least 6 profiles in the time taken to do so. Its all about the numbers with many people. "

Response was. It's a fucking website who do you think you are. Then blocked me. Probably for the best. No skin off my nose. |

More to read yes, but if someone hasn't got the time to read and understand a person's profile ... why should they invest any time in responding to any messages / requests received from that person? |

I know. It's probably the second longest profile I've come across (it's a 5 minute read, if that). It's mostly a reaction to the inane drivel I used to receive. I dont really see a point in listing my likes and thereby what I'm looking for because then the promises and assurances would abound. I'd rather just go with the flow.
I get more compliments on my profile and how its written than anything else. And it acts as a further filter if anything. I no longer recieve 100s a day. More like 10 or so, so its easier to manage.
The more that's written on someone's profile the more I tend to be attracted. Because for me its the mind first.
Although by reference to the particular bloke I referred back to my profile. It was more a reference to the first line surrounded by asterisks. Why bother asking me to meet when I say I'm not meeting anyone new.
What I can say is my approach works for me.  |

I Block people who don’t read my profile....
I normally give them another chance to read my profile and lure them by asking them something to respond about my profile.
If their response proves they haven’t read anything on my profile again, I just Delete their message and Block them....... |
