Juggling advice

I need your help please....
I’ve had problems with my outlook calendar, this afternoon having fiddled with some settings my calendar is back, but I have a big problem.... it seems I’ve arranged to meet 10 different people on the same night  
I hate cancelling on anyone so I need your suggestions please on how I can fit 10 people into my life in one night  |

Any suggestions of a suitable place with good sound proofing, it’s going to get very noisy
forget the noise.....that's the least of your worries..... 
.....but if that is a concern....steer clear of a Travelodge/Premier Inn.....they have walls like tracing paper....
I'd suggest an old solid built building....  "
