"It's been a long time. I miss seaside holidays
It really is nostalgic, it’s been a while since I packed up the picnic and readied myself for a day on the beach (certainly in England!)"
Annoyingly I have family who live 2 minutes walk from the beach in Norfolk but it's just too far for us to visit often. Enjoy your beach day |

I haven't swam in the sea for years OP, I feel like it's something I should be doing more often. If the weather is half decent next weekend I'm gonna do it |

Oh no! Hope you get up here another time (it is a bit bank holiday busy so that’s the downside). Thanks x |

"I love a splash around in the sea but the last time was last summer.
Enjoy!
Cheese and pickle sarnies on the beach are the most splendid thing. I’m like a kid, I’m so excited. "
That sounds perfect! Don’t get sand in your butties though |

I've been snorkeling in Cornwall about 30 years ago, but would love to do a bit of scuba diving in the Caribbean |

"Where and when did you last swim in the sea?
I’m off to the beach shortly (in Norfolk) to bob about in the waves. Excited! I’m a water baby at heart. "

I love swimming in the sea but haven’t had a holiday for about 6 years now, can’t see that changing much in the future either shame as there is nothing like feeling that salty fresh water all over you |

"Tenerife 1993
Brit waters too cold i hate cold water
But on a hot day like this it's great and you soon adjust after the initial shock."
Just watch out for the floating condoms and McDonald's cups. |

"Never. The sea scares me "
Ditto. I tried to go scuba diving once and burst out crying as soon as I jumped in. The captain had to fish me back out again and I sat and chatted and ate sandwiches with him while everyone else went down |

A world all of his own |
The last time I was in the sea was just a paddle in the Pacific, West coast of the US, about 5 years ago. Last time I swam in the sea was over 20 years ago lol. Tbh I prefer a pool to the sea. |

I swam for the first time in the sea in Tenerife off of a catamaran a couple of months ago. I'm terrified of the sea usually but I faced my fears. I much prefer a pool though |

Never been in the sea. If can't see what's swimming about with me I ain't going in. The sea is full of creatures that want to kill, eat or fuck us. Maybe not the last one but who knows.
The beach is a neutral zone. They don't bother us and we shouldn't bother them. |

I cant swim so only paddle but i dont get to the beach often despite living less than a mile from it. A couple of years ago i had a quick paddle but i certainly dont want to go in there today as theres a major incident here due to a possible spillage or contaminent causing breathing problems. |

Far to long ago, Nov 2017, Corralejo with my then GF. She wouldn’t come in, she doesn’t like the sea and it was quite rough.
I’m back there solo in October, going to put that right hopefully. |

I'd find swimming in the sea with you too distracting. Luke |

There is a beautiful naturist hotel (no, not a hotel that goes around without clothes on) in Crete we are planning on going to. We'll go skinny-dipping in the Med as well as in the hotel pool.
They also do nudie boat trips into the Med where we can jump into the water from the boat.
We're going to Florida in January and we'll go to Haulover nudist beach and swim in the sea there.
Do you enjoy skinny dipping, Estella? |
