Scunthorpe

If you flap about that tends to be the case as they see you as a threat.

Maybe put something sugary out away from you to attract them.

mis-types and auto corrects leads cock leeds

They're vital to the eco system..very misunderstood creature, control lots of other things we consider pests.. leave them alone they'll not sting you .. I often hold wasps in my hand and aren't stung.

I had one that was ace, but the replacement didn't kill wasps, just stunned them and pissed them off!!

I can't stand wasps. Used to run away, but now I'm a parent I have to try and stay calm.

I laughed my head off when I found a snake in my kitchen, but wasps are just mean.

Wasn't there so don't know the circumstances.

They use their sting in defence, something caused it to react..in late autumn wasps get a little more agitated as their food source is depleted and the majority starve and die.

Vital creatures in the eco system.

Hence, my suggestion to provide sugary water or similar.

Keep them happy and away from you.

I’m quite severely allergic luckily I’ve not been stung and needed to use my epi pen in years

They’re very vital to the ecosystem you’d be surprised how much they do for the world around you

I was attacked by a swarm of Hornets in Belize, consequently I have anything that can fly and sting me, needless to say, any wasp that comes within a few feet of me ends up dead.

We only get one type of Wasp/Hornet (family) here in Egypt its the Oriental Hornet, its pretty large around 28mm long, if stung its really fu*king painful, its also a scavenger and eats meat so carries diseases, and a course of antibiotics is essential.

Fortunately its not really noticed much and will not sting unless provoked.

I,ve only ever seen one hornet and that was back at home they are not normally as grumpy as the wasp Is apparently on the Internet I,ve seen parents allowing hornets ( FOR A PHOTO) to walk over there kids faces etc one sting from a hornet and It will come up like a golfball so off to outpatients next, any wasps that come in doors where I live soon get grumpy as they get trapped so I kill them as soon as I can out doors is more of a challenge.
