"What type of pancakes? I love America ones with blueberries and crispy bacon and loads of maple syrup.... Yummy "
I totally agree with you there ut it is so hard to get decent ones in the UK. I have got lashings of maple syrup, who has the pancakes? |

We make ours with some flour, eggs, baking powder, and Greek yoghurt and add a bit of sugar to flavour. Delicious |

Prefer crepes over American pancakes, wrapped with crispy bacon and maple syrup, or fruit and cream. Of course as well as the usual lemon and sugar, although lime juice is good too.
Today though is waffles, bacon and syrup, fruit and cream with a good cup of fresh ground coffee ...
Sunday is a proper breakfast day in this house |

"I've always struggled to make pancakes and then just when I get it right, I run out of mixture...its got to be good old lemon and tiny sprinkle of sugar for me . Just like mom used to make."

Ooo ... walnuts and maple syrup ...
Monkey makes a note
Pecans maybe"
They are good but can't beat the original |

We're having pancakes tonight. Me and the successful sperm have my homemade forest fruits coulis (must get it out the freezer) with double cream and P goes the traditional Jif lemon and sugar on hers. |
