Phone the club you are hoping to attend before you make plans to travel.
Some are OK with members joining on the day, others ask for an advance application |

It completely depends on the club. There isn't a standard policy across all clubs. |

Varies from club to club - know my local ones will accept memberships from couples and single ladies on the day but single men have to register in advance and then book in for specific nights ahead of time |
