Just wondering how and why these are used by others I only view my winks to bulk delete and same with friends request unless agreed in advance
Does this approach work ? |

It sounds perfectly reasonable. Friend requests out of the blue are only from chancers. Some people like winks and some don't. I personally do. They are better than a badly-written message. If you don't then that delete button is all yours. |

"I figure it’s all just communication , like acknowledging someone you pass in the street , or smiling at someone in a bar , same sort of thing .
"
Have to agree. What's the difference between a wink and a fab? Is just someone showing their appreciation of your pic / profile etc.
And everyone seems to like a fab on here.... |

I like winks, and have actually chatted to and met some lovely people from winks.
Random friends requests I just ignore...I learnt a while ago that some people will just repeatedly send them if I delete, but they can't if you leave it sat there pending. |

"I don't delete the friend requests, because then they can't try again.. I just leave it
Winks, I very rarely look.. "
Doesn't matter... They can still send another one after a while whether you delete it or not. I haven't deleted mine in a while and just skimmed the list now to see the same names popping up every few weeks. I think it's the same as winks... They can only be sent once within 7/14 day period. |

When we get an unsolicited friend request, especially from couples with no photos or no friend only pics, we leave the request in place, maybe taking a look in about another 6 months, if there's new pics we might accept, if we don't like what we see we unfriend or delete, once they have made the request they can't undo it. |

Some like, some don’t..
It’s not a big deal to just ignore them |

I like receiving a wink.. it’s kinda flattering.
Random friend requests... I’ll most likely accept.
But only because I’m really nosey and want to see lol |
