Swinging capital of UK

Having been on and off this site for years something has always struck me, this isn’t a scientific study and is only backed up by anecdotal evidence, but I would say the that the most popular location for people on the forums is the Midlands, and if pushed I would say Birmingham. Is there an actual (unofficial obviously) Swinging capital of UK?

Birmingham

I once stayed in Middlesbrough and met a lovely couple. They claimed that the Teeside area was awash with swingers.
