Manchester now has mobile phone

'arrowed'lanes with pics of phones on pavement,as so many peole looking at phone while walking.Good idea or nanny state..Are you fed up of getting bumped into ..

Put them on the road instead of the pavement then people might stop wandering around glued to them the whole time.
