Seabass filet with white wine, cherry tomato and thyme.

And since I am from a lovely island in the Mediterranean, I had many opportunities to capture the fish and cook it. Best tasting thing ever, in my opinion.

Proper Salmon not out the tin also father in law used to fish trout. Freshly caught trout with nothing but lemon juice my absolute favourite
