Anyone super lazy at some point in life, and learned to overcome it/be productive. I know everyone can feel a little lazy occasionally but I'm talking about being lazy all the time.

Depends what you class as lazy really?

A lot of perceived laziness can be caused by health issues which give you lack of energy and no get up and go.

Fuck a fresh watermelon every morning and you'd be set to take over the world in a jiffy

Is there any underlying mental health issues? Lack of motivation can be an indicator for depression

Keep doing things until they become routine (hard but it does work).

Have an excuse to do things or get out of bed.

Find out if you have underlying issues (such as depression) which stops you doing things.

Get help. Tell a good friend that most days you cant get motivated and ask them if they wouldn't mind giving you a call each morning with some words of inspiration to give you the g up you need

Central

Take one step at a time, doing something that is important.

Don't judge yourself.

Keep track of priorities, so that you're aware of anything that could become a problem, if you don't address it.

Share your world, so that you are not isolated. This includes ensuring that you get support

Not affording to be lazy, if I don’t work, I don’t eat, I have nowhere to live. Laziness is for the self indulgent few who can really on other people to help them out, the rest of us have no such luxury and have no choice. Laziness is a choice or an option that most people can’t entertain.

Go on YouTube and look at the motivational speeches by Dwayne Johnson and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

They faced obstacles and never listened to anyone who was being negative.

Also look at some of the Nicky Lauda interviews.he came back from serious injuries to win world titles and be a very successful business man.

Check what you call friends. Are they there when you need them?

No? Leave them behind.

Shield yourself from the doom mongers.
