No they are not all the same.
There are a variety of different designs and different ones can be preferred by different people.
It can depend on the size and sensitivity of the nipples, how much pain that person wants to experience or likes. |

Well I think it’s going to be trail and error then maybe I should buy a couple of different types to try |
