Why do I feel more alive at forty than I did at twenty?
I am doing far more now at this age than I did twenty years ago.
I feel great if not looking great.
Do anyone else feel the same? |

When I was twenty, I worried way too much about what other people thought of me, and was never happy, and had no confidence whatsoever.
Now? Ever since realising that what others think is nowhere near as important as what *I* think of myself, and that the people who truly matter love and respect me, rather than an idealised version of me, my life and outlook have improved dramatically.
Well worth the trade-off in years, I reckon |

I guess if you have your health and are physically in shape then stamina is not a problem.
But I also believe that with age comes confidence and also being able to look at yourself differently.
I lost a lot of weight just before my 50th birthday and that did help me feel better about myself |

Being older it just takes longer to recover, can still do most of what I did when 20, but not every day as I could phisically back then... so no more party till 5am at work at 7am... but I don't miss the poverty, insecurity, and lack of life skill I had back then so would defininatly say 40 is better than 20 |

"Hated turning 30 - cried all day (was towards the end of my marriage tho)
Had discovered swinging by the time I hit 40 and was having the time of my life....now almost half way thru that decade and can safely say I def feel better than i did at 20 wrt my own self confidence but sometimes me old bones give me a reminder that im not as young as i was.....mind you, have managed to wear out a couple of my younger meets on occasion "
And you look hot, sexy and mmmm naughty x |

Its great isnt it? Think it has something to do with having lost any insecurities we had when we were younger and we have learnt to just enjoy life - |
