fake ones are fine so long as they have a natural hang, i dont like to see the really big hard round ones that look like footballs, nor do i like to see really slim women with huge boobs, just looks odd |

I have felt fake boobs and I could feel the implant and I saw the faint scarring around the nipple. They did look nice though.
When I was a lot younger I disliked my figure. I was a sze 8 but with size 32F boobs. It didn't look nice and for years I've never liked cleavage, well in fact its only been the last 2 odd years that I've displayed and been proud of my boobs.
I'm happier I've doubled in size too. Whilst I used to have a flat tummy and now its bloody huge, that parts not so good, but my boobs look better now being a 36FF as they seem to fit in with the rest of my bigger body.
So to answer the question my preference is natural boobs, but fake ones do look nice in clothes. I'm not so keen on the perfect symmetry of fake, I like natural imperfections  |

Implants are incomparable to 'natural' breasts, they are cosmetic.....how can they ever be seen as best when compared to the natural form?
I'm not against breast augmentation, each to their own....and of course medical reasons might be involved in the need for breast augmentation, but the Op's question is flawed....natural has to be best as it is how nature intended.....surely?

Not keen on the older implants, the ones that look as if they are stuck on, but there's some great natural looking implants out there these days and I would prefer a woman that is confident in her body, if that means for them that having implants in makes her more confident within herself then that is the thing I find sexy.
So in summary, natural or implants, if you love em, I'll love em |

Have to admit if i had the money id have mine done, dont want them bigger id love up lifts tho as mine are really saggy and i really dis like them so id love them firming up a little
having 3 kids tho ive always got to much to spend my money on other than me lol |

Not a lover of huge natural boobs! Well, huge in any form really.. Very small pert to medium sized with a gentle droop (up to about 36)
For implants? Yeah, most are OK in my view. Of course some have them way to large and they look like footballs on the ladies chest, but if done correctly...
Implants inserted through the nipple are not done correctly! That means the implant is sitting on top of the breast tissue. That is when you can readily see and feel them.
When they are inserted either in the crease under the breast or through the armpit area, they are generally put under the chest muscle and all you feel on top is the natural breast tissue. In this case, they feel neither cold or hard.
And that last bit is why I feel that "fake" is the wrong word! If you out a larger engine in a car, is it a fake engine? Build an extension on your house and it becomes a fake extension? Of course not! If someone had something to make her boobs bigger, why the difference?
Done right and most people wouldn't know from looking or feeling that a lady has had a boob job!  |

the 36 has nothing to do with boobs size you can be a 36A or a 36ff |

well my girlie has implants (as she tells everyone so she won't mind me commenting on here) and her breasts look fabulous. If she hadn't told anyone that she'd had implants I doubt whether anyone would even suspect unless they went hunting for the scars. As she puts it...she just had the stuffing put back in, but they still behave the way large breasts should. They are yummy
I really don't like the high profile fake ones that look like two balls and point skywards even when they are flat on their backs. They're usually far too large for their body frame. Why anyone has that done to themselves is beyond me. They don't even look comfortable...sort of too full and tight. |

Ha ha ha, you are right of course! But in my defence, I had to draw the line somewhere and I just though a number would be better than all the codes! And also in my defence, I had already said I didn't like huge, so as I see it, smaller sizes of each step was a given! 
As an aside to the quote... We know a couple who are sooo vociferous about boob jobs, they have told us they hate them and would never play with a lady who has them! We sat in a Café and he said loads about a lady who had obviously had a boob job and called her everything… But guess what… Yep! For quite a few years he has been playing with a lady who also had a boob job and holds them up to be the model of what boobs should be!
I’d love to be there if she ever gets fed up with his vitriol while he is with her and she tells him! lol |

i didnt know they wasnt real till after about half a dozen times id met her and id seen her boobs every time and still didnt notice they was fake
there are some good ones about now days |

Right about now, any sort boobs would do me(that's boobs, not moobs)
Suppose given a choice, I'd go for natural, but then I haven't actually encountered much in the way of enhanced boobage(hint, hint), so can't really make an educated decision on what I prefer |
