I've got really stupid flat feet that cause me a lot of pain after a lot of activity.
I have been awake since 3am I hobbled to the loo and couldn't get back to sleep
I'm going to have to stay at home today and rest them - boring!
What would you do if you were stuck at home all day? |

"If it was a weekday, probably catch up on that book I only made it half way through or cook.
After looking at your photos, obviously x"
Reading is a good idea - I dont do enough of it.
I can only skim read paragraphs these days

"I too suffer from flat feet. I always dip my feet in ice after activities or I've been on them all day. "
Ice is a good idea - I usually put ibuprofen gel on them and carry on.
But I'm really suffering today
Do you wear orthopedic insoles? |

One of those little raised platforms that is a triangle shape is good. You stand on the slope with your feet flat and it stretches them and eases the pain, and builds up strength and resilience. |

I do and I also use ibuprofen to help with the pain. The ice always works for me though. |
