Yes I know they are bad lol

But when going away it’s better to have a hint of colour so not to burn when away

Is it best to go bare or is there any lotions can be added to accelerate the tanning process

Tips please

Planning a holiday x

You don't want to hear this but going on a sun bed won't stop you burning. Only a high factor sun cream and staying out of the sun at peak times will.

However if you go on a sunbed be careful

I swear by sunbed when preparing to go away to somewhere hot in order to prepare the body and to stop you from burning.

I usually start with a few 3 minutes about to 2 - 3 weeks in advance then move up to 6 minutes for the next few, there is an accelerant ( a few to choose from) you can use for colour and skin protection, and I did find that it did help.

When abroad I do always use sun lotion for protection and I haven't burned for years unless I forget to do my ears (which is a bugger as I do seem to forget at times) but in preparation I do swear by them, just don't over use them is my point of view.

I know it doesn’t stop burning on holiday

Think maybe it’s a conscience thing that I don’t want to look like a milk bottle on arrival lol x
