Ladies, where do you get your practical bras for best uplift/ silhouette? Preferably not lacy or interesting, just supportive and comfortable.

My weight loss has made me self conscious about my tits and I want to change that. (nothing doing about the fact that I lost cup not band though )

Iv always used M&S bras but recently found them not as comfortable.

To my surprise matalan bars are amazing!

Practical, inexpensive and the most supportive and comfortable bras iv ever has.

I have M&S ones but they seem to emphasise the changed shape I don't like. It's so frustrating!

Bravissimo are brilliant,if you have a local store, they will re-measure you and fit you properly

Oh god I desperately need a proper, not half arsed fit. I have no idea what's going on with my tits.

Honestly try matalan. I won't get mine anywhere else now. I found them by accident as I was trying a drees on and wanted to see what it was like with a T-shirt bra so tryed one on and it was a game changer. I got a pack of 2 for a tenner and they are my favourite bras.

Iv always struggled to get bras that fit properly and iv spent a fortune trying to the perfect ones and found it in the most unlikely place.

Curvy Kate bras are very good.

Debenhams own bras are also very good and reasonably priced.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

OP, try different cuts. Your breasts will have changed shape and you might need to get a different style to achieve the same look.

My practical, but uplifing, bras have come from Asda recently. I was surprised at how much lift I got when I tried on the Entice plunge ones (£9!) and they look sexy too. Their standard ones (£7 ish) aren't as comfortable and get a bit saggy, I have found. (I only tried because I was so pleased with the other one.)

I got some from Ann Summers recently and they suggested a different shape. But I got them in the sale, for the purposes of dressing down/ meets, and you get what you pay for. (and can I remember the style? Can I hell)

.

Boob or Bust is a fantastic source. You need to find out also what shape your boobs are and if they are top heavy or bottom heavy; different styles suit different bras. I could never wear a balconette bra because it gives me a heaving wench bosom but plunge bras make them look amazing.

Having lost a lot of weight and gone from a size GG to a DD I can totally understand the way you feel ....I get my bras from matalan .... I know it’s easier said than done but for awhile I hated looking at myself naked but it has taken me awhile but now I focus on how far I’ve come and I’m learning to love and embrace my new body ....

I like plunge for most things, but heaving wench bosom has it's place in my lexicon of looks.
