Could you date yourself - would you date yourself - eg you now have 2 bodies, seemingly different people but you are identical physically. There is no one else to date or have sex with, whilst you are single and could have sex with others less than once per year, if you date and have full sex with yourself - otherwise you stay single and celibate, no masturbation permitted.
