Do any of you guys have hard limits when meeting people and do you ever relax them? My reason behind this is I’ve a hard limit of drugs and recently met somebody whom I knew was against my gut. So few weeks forward I realised I was right,, should never of gone against my reasoning.
Anyone else gone against and found this or maybe better! |

The only hard limits I've ever changed have been with people I know I can trust. So we've been seeing each other regularly for months or longer and I know that they'll respect my wishes and make it enjoyable.
For a stranger? No. |

The thing is these aren't hard limits they are soft limits. Hard limits are absolutely no under any circumstances. For example, drinking someone's pee.
Whatever it is, if you are willing to bend them, say for someone you know/trust but not for a stranger, then these are soft limits... A limit whereby its no in most cases but in xyz scenario you would be willing to (like someone you trusted).
So to the OP, perhaps it is a soft limit and depending on what, and who, and how severe, you would consider it? It just happens your decision in this case was wrong.
I don't know, I'm just throwing it out there
