Are deleted messages mid convo a sign that person doesn't want to speak anymore or accidental inbox tidying?

Can tell after a few messages if someone has read your profile or is fake i.e a guy posing as a couple, in which case messages are deleted rather quickly. If they keep pestering then BLOCK!

If it was accidental surely you’d message to say so, so hint taken. Swiftly moving on.

I often see this from folk who are not site supporters, they don't have the "advanced mailbox" features.

In my experience of (fab). That is a hint to basically tell you to 'f-off' as in, they are not interested.

I wouldn't worry as long as they have kept chatting and dont seem disinterested. If the replies are coming back shorter and shorter and without posing thier own questions to you to extend the chat, then I would take that as they have lost interest.

Nothing accidental about it, just zero point in keeping messages.

No... ghosting is where someone (usually in a relationship) just vanishes with no conversation.
