I don’t think we (all of us men or women) realise just how good we look at 20!, it’s not until we get older we start to understand what “we had!”
Now it seems to take a lot of effort to keep in shape |

"I would have trained to be a policewoman instead of marrying way to young"
Same!!
I had been accepted into the police aged 19 but had to lose a wee bit of weight first and they gave me 6 months to do that. However started dating my ex and didn't lose the weight.
To my 20 year old self I would say you have done the right thing in breaking up with him, don't let him talk you round. I did and was married to him for 17 yrs!! Have 3 great boys though so no regrets |

Not one piece but three...
1. Here's how to have a good career, get started now.
2. Don't miss out on that house.
3. Don't marry that woman. In fact I wouldn't even touch her with somebody else's bargepole. |

Dont fail your uni exams, they will, seemingly purposely, give you misinformation about resits causing you to fail and get kicked out of uni even if you have proof that the information they gave you was wrong |

Just three words. "Go for it!"
And that applies to almost situation. Was so self conscious and fearful of doing anything back then be it travel, starting something new, education, yes women of course. I feel sorry for 20 year old me and the missed opportunities lol |

I wouldn't tell my 20 year old self to do anything different. For better or worse all the bad decisions I've made are who I am today.
Regrets force me to do things I wouldn't do
Ill choices remind me not to do certain things
And good memories remind me to do them more. |

I'm not sure my 20 year old self would have listened....
Life takes it's own paths no matter what advice I would go back and give myself.
Perhaps though always be true to what's important to you might have been a useful suggestion..... |
