Dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
Oh golly gosh , it's a beautiful sunny evening . Hurrah and hang out the bunting .
I shall be out later, a jolly meander over the hills . Then to sit and watch the sun melt into the sea . It's crimson rays turning the sky to fire .
It's a chance to sit quietly and reflect on the day. Thankful to be able to see such a wondrous display .
So my dear friends
What's made you feel splendid today ?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
I have a few things:
1) No hangover this morning (I was naughty and had cocktails with dinner on a Monday!);
2) The big teen saying he would prioritise seeing me when he gets to uni over the exciting new people he will meet. Then giving me a hug (I have to be on the inside now, he says, as I'm too little);
3) The person I appointed for a specialist job is off to a brilliant start. I might even get to have Friday off if they keep impressing.

Today a work friend praised work things i do, only one other person has ever praised me at work before, it made me feel appreciated which is nice as i rarely feel like that at work despite working really hard, above and beyond what im paid to do. |

I feel pretty again haha
I love getting my eyebrows or hair done it makes me feel good. Never had my eyelashes done though I bet they look great."
I tend not to wear much make up other than nights out so having my lashes kinda gives that made up look
Have a look at my pic with my hair in a towel, totally make up free but the lashes look like I’ve made an effort looool  |

I've had a jolly splendid day.
Prepping for a weekend away, at a Festival with a few of my wonderful friends.
And then, arranging to meet up with one of my most favourite friend next week.

Conversation with my boy made me chuckle
Just qualified as a game developer, went for two interviews, one at Rockstar Games and the other at Rocket Boy Games(owned by Ex Rockstar giant Benzies)
He accepted the position at Rocket Boy, all happy. Today Rockstar rang offering him a job.
He turned them down citing acceptance of Benzies offer first
Benzies won a court battle to the sum of 150 million in unpaid royalties off GTA against Rockstar.
Their response "oh ok, if it doesn't work out, please get in touch"
Haha!

Blessing in disguise actually. It’s the remaining two gals on the team I’d be more concerned about :D
Somehow, it’s reasonable to expect two people to take care of all Marketing and PR needs for a company of nearly 2,000 people across 35
-something offices. |

they look great..do they glue them and they stay on for quite a while..I really like them and minimal fuss sounds good to me |

I realised what I thought was the Smart Meter reader-thingy-box is actually my central heating programmer 
The reader-thingy-box was in a cupboard. Just needed plugging in. My Smart Meters can be read again now so I don't have to wait in for the repair man. Yay!  |
