Having a fucking meltdown at work
Sick & bloody tired of rota changes.
I have an additional part time job.
Zero hour contract, I do have verbally agreed shifts, but as it's hospitality we are expected to be available for additional shifts, bank Holidays, when functions on etc
I'm happy to work extra shifts but I'd appreciate being asked first.
Not just turn up, and see I've been put down for shifts on days I've already got plans for.
5 times over the last month I've had to say I can't do that shift.
I've now got 3 in the next 2 weeks that clash with stuff
