I wonder if gym fit women go more for a gym fit guy and whether certain people stay away from that body type due to their own insecurities. I do of course know the latter is true to a degree as I've seen people state it on here. |

I'm not gym fit at all but my preference is for gym fit men. They fit so much better and they are really very hot too |

Gym fit types tend to be boring - all carbs, PB's, checking selves in mirrors. Just my experience. Rather a lovely dad bod. My fwb's bum is just fantastic! |

Not necessarily i just demolished a bottle and a helf of red wine, a large dominoes, bar of galaxy.. i train hard but eat what i want.
I dont look in mirrors i hate what i see.. not physically but what i am & who i am. Going to the gym keeps me stable, its a escape.
It doesnt matter if your ripped or fat if you can look in the mirror smile and be happy thats all that matters. |

We will call it 'mom bods' they prefer less gym fit guys and more dad bods
The skinnier ladies seem to like athletic sort of guys.

I prefer caveman / hunter type bods. The kind you'd get naturally by working and living outdoors, so nice shoulders, hint of abs; fit rather than overly muscled.
I find someone who gains a few pounds in the summer and gets leaner in the winter incredibly attractive as it all comes back to that primal survival thing I guess.
Modern life means most people don't have that kind of opportunity to build a physique like that naturally, so I understand the need to supplement it with exercise, but too ripped just doesn't float my boat. |

Dad bod here although I’m doing a thing just now... Lost 6lbs in a week and aiming for another 18... then I’ll be toning in the gym At the end of it I’ll just be a trimmer firmer Dad bod  |
