Do you think she’s too young?
You have to live with it at the end of the day. At 20 I slept with men older than you, but I was (as still am) very mature.

Sounds like you already know what to do.
If you are having doubts, don't go there.
Sure, its flattering if she fancies you, can be a real ego boost, but if she's still a bit of a giggly teenager, rather than acting more mature, then I'd skip it. |

Moral dilemma for sure.
It freaks me out a little when you realise you are old enough to be their dad!
So i steer clear no matter how tempting. As most likely it would get very messy/complicated too.

Yeah you see that's the thing at that age they may just be discovering their 'flirting' skills but that's all it is,or simply just having a bit of the word I dislike 'banter' with the opposite sex and that's as far as it goes.

Yeah you see that's the thing at that age they may just be discovering their 'flirting' skills but that's all it is,or simply just having a bit of the word I dislike 'banter' with the opposite sex and that's as far as it goes.

It may be legal but would it be comfortable still working with her if it ended badly?
Also, are you in a more senior position than her? Could you be seen to be taking advantage even though she's making the first moves?
