Used to be pretty regular in Egypt at least once or twice a week, some areas worse than others though, but we now hardly ever get them. They have built 8 new power stations in the last few years.
Before this a power outage would last anything from 10 mins to over an hour, obviously it affected WiFi but most most people here use data as it's dirt cheap anyway. Mostly it affected Tourists throughout the country as a lot have no idea how to cope without power. |
