i always try and have some hovis crackers in in case i feel nibbly
i can have a couple of them and am saited
normal biscuits and half a packets gone before ya know it |

Some cheese with an apple or pear is nice for snacking on.
If I'm after something a bit more substantial I'll do some poached or scrambled eggs on toast or muffins. |

I usually have a selection of continental cold meat in the fridge, plus various snacks around the house, plus crumpets and bread etc...
I had Chorizo and Sour Cream and Chives Pringles this evening. |

they are bloody moreish yes ! today i had walkers/smiths with blue salt bag -- i have without salt, but add ketchup, tobasco and black pepper. delicious with a cuppa |

Give it a go ... but get the good whole earth organic chunky peanut butter .... just pour a bit of boiling water on it, to melt it into a paste, then stir it in the cottage cheese ... |
