Almost all my clothes shopping is from charity shops these days. There is a good selection and costs so much less than new.
Food mostly comes from supermarkets but we have
quite a good street market in Redhill where I can get some good things at good prices. |

Groceries generally the village farm shop and the butchers, its all fresh, the meats all local and its cheaper than supermarkets.
Clothes i go into the city, i like to try clothes on rather than buy online. |

"Your grocery shopping and clothes shopping?
Big supermarkets and retailers or independent shops? "
Lidl and Aldi mostly for foodstuffs, with odd trips to the Co-op, Sainsbury etc.
Charity shops for most clothes.

I like the idea of charity shops but I just can’t bring myself to wear used clothes
Is that weird? |

I do love a rummage in a charity shop. However I also really like mainstream shops like Dorothy Perkins, Primark, New Look and the supermarkets sometimes have some nice things too.
Partial to the £5 site for shoes because I love them and can buy a few pairs at a time as a treat .
Food wise Tesco and Aldi mainly for the big shop. |

I wouldn't buy 2nd hand underwear or shorts but anything else is fine by me so long as it's in good condition.
Think of it more as recycling? |

There are no longer numerous high streets with butchers, grocers , bakers or hardware shops..... Where they do exist they are expensive and limited on choice.
So ... supermarkets for food.
Online for clothes.
I've always HATED shopping. Always. What a waste of a life. |

I don't really go food shopping, but when I do it's asda as that's the closest.
Clothes, again I rarely get anything but if I do it's from asda or from everything £5 online shop.

Sainsbury's and Waitrose. Nip in to Asda if on the way home sometimes. I love Booths but I try and avoid going in as I always end up with a wankfest of a trolley that costs far too much.
Clothes wise - everywhere. If it suits me and I don't have to overthink it, I buy it. |

Asda mainly for my groceries, with bits from home bargains and Iceland. Sometimes I pick up the odd item of clothes from there but I online shop at roman originals, ann summers, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, and some outlet shopping on eBay x |
