I had two sugars in tea or coffee for years until I cut it out about 4 years ago - and now find it far too sweet if ever I mistakenly pick up the wrong cup

I stopped doing it, but then everyone started clamping down on sugar, so i started back up.

Its something pathetically small like 6 calories per spoon. With bog standard tea bags it makes it a tad nicer, I wouldnt do it with loose tea.
