Hello dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
It's been a beautiful day here in my little corner of Wales .
The sun has shone , the birds have sung and I've had a glorious adventure on my favourite hillside . A perfect spot to just lay back and let the world turn with out you for a few hours .
I had a bit of a hiccup at the start of the week and was a tad of an arse to a dear friend. We can all be cable of twittery at times .
So chums let's make this evening a one where we share and celebrate the spiffing things that make us happy .

Spending time with the oh, buying everything on my shopping list and not falling out with him. I even managed to resist the urge to buy another book and instead bought hold ups. And my friends messaging cuteness. |

Also I have had a day at the climbing wall and managed to smash a few tough routes that had me perplexed

fantastic I haven't been on a climbing wall in ages , I'm booked in to do a bit of abseiling and climbing on the orme soon |

Mr messaged me from where he’s based abroad, and made me smile with a much needed compliment. Recent bereavement and confidence issues left me rather fragile recently x Viv x |

I had a little smile to myself when I got home from cycling today. Wet though to the skin, looking like a drowned rat. Thinking to myself you are one crazy women but I love it  it's the simple things in life that make me smile and feel happy  |

Enjoyed sitting in my garden today, feeling relaxed with a glass of wine in the sunshine, watching the birds feeding on the feeder and the butterflies flitting around. Looking forward to dusk when two hedgehogs will come out to find food and a bat will fly around my garden. Being a wildlife lover I can't help but smile |

A guy In work telling me he tried an aerobic class at his gym as he wanted to shift some extra pounds
Was full of old ladies (doing better than him) and a very camp instructor taking the class.
When showing me some of the moves he had to do I had tears rolling |

Meeting my best friend. And being in a, crowded lift with a tall sexy muscular builder daddy pressing onto me and getting a whiff of his manly scent. Love it. And felt so vulnerable. |

Cool beans Taff some good sports routes on there and Castle Inn Quarry is a great crag too
