Interesting man, but the facts of what he said have been turned to ridicule by conspiracy theorists,
On his expedition to the South Pole in 1946, he was interviewed to say “ the USA should consider the possibility of enemy forces attacking from the poles, he goes on to explain that with the world shrinking due to technology, it’s likely that planes flying over the poles to attack the USA rather than across the seas of the west or east is a possibility.
His comments have been twisted to say
They superior forces and alien technology are likely to attack the USA from the polar regions??
WTF???
