Whenever I go on Who's Near, I find almost all the profiles are men with the occasional couple, to the women of Fab, do you have yours turned off and why? Or maybe there's just no women on fab within 10ish miles of me?

Manchester (she/her)

I decided to turn mine off permanently recently. Too many guys pestering me for being nearby, trying to draw conclusions about my movements. Creepy.

Somewhere near here

I occasionally have mine on but I sometimes forget to turn it off. Like I’ve been away, I’ve had a crazy amount of messages from people who’ve clearly used who’s near.

Ah I suppose, I do be curious to see what's about but I doubt the majority of people see you and ask if you'd like to pop into the local cafe for tea and chats, I imagine the perogative of the men here's to pester you for a quickie since you're local

Yes I turn mine off as well, I just turn it on occasionally. Even though Fab says it won't show you any closer than 2 miles for your safety, it's not true because sometimes I've seen it say "within a mile"
