Anyone know of any good Urologists for an orchiectomy?

Well I'd ask this in a trans section on fab if I could, but as there isn't one I'm asking here. And yes it's a serious question related to my transition. Looking for a urologist either in UK or abroad for orchiectomy (commonly known as being castrated or 'nutted'.)
