Don't eat them now but I used scoop out the cooked flesh, mash it with garlic oil and then mix in ham and whisked eggs before filling the baked crisp skins and finally finishing then off in the oven for 20mins. |

Scooped mash with cheese, a little butter, cracked pepper and chopped crisp bacon, back in the oven the heat back up and enjoy |
