A good sandwich

What *odd* things do you like to put in a sandwich?

For example; Batchelor's pasta (the blue packet stuff). Specifically, chicken and broccoli flavour. So good on some buttered bread.

When I was at school me and my pal went through a phase of having a baguette express for breakfast.

Chinese chicken on white bread, toasted, with melted cheese and bbq sauce.

Anyone mop up the remains of their roast dinner with buttered bread?

Like if you have gravy left on your plate and a few mushed up carrots, broccoli etc

I will put most things between two slabs of bread that’s you wouldn’t normally.

Stems from school where bread was the substance for tea, whatever we had went in bread to get you full

As a northerner, can’t beat a slice of bread to gather up your gravy.

Don't be messing with my sandwiches, especially my favourite. Nothing beats a BLT. Thick streaky bacon on a bed of fresh lettuce and topped off with a few slices of juicy tomatoes. Keep that bloody mayanaise away too!

Once knew a girl who ate pie rolls. Taking a pie and shoving it in a roll. Madness.

Oh kids are so weird

We used to do ‘pasta and sauce’ very very occasionally - and the sauce was either mayo, tomato ketchup or bbq sauce. He’d have all three
