Hi is anyone able to give us any advice about the legal speak we should include about setting up a safe group.
This group is called the RandyRamblers and we will be organising fun ‘horny hikes’ for couples. (Search for RandyRamblers if you’re interested).
We had such a great time the other day we have decided to see if this has legs (see what I did there).
We are very happy to plan these social gatherings, and hikes with help from others. However, I have a few concerns and could do with any legal advice anyone can offer.
Basically- in a nut shell: we don’t want any legal responsibility for anyone attending these socials.
How can this be worded that if a blooming accident were to happen (and sadly they do), then we take no responsibility.
Or is this not possible? By us planning these gatherings, then all responsibility would lie with us?
It’s a shame that we live in a culture of ‘Where there is a blame, there is a claim’ culture; but we do.
Also- would we be needing to do a risk assessment every time we went out with our friends?
Thanks anyone
