I've just started reading the comics and it is hilarious. Great story telling, easy to follow so far. |

It is also easy to tell which superhero he is sending up. For those who don't know Garth Ennis wrote Preacher, that was made into a TV series. He also had the best run writing Hellblazer made into Constantine (a great film but not in any way the comic) and also the poorly received but in my view a great series.
If you want a comic series where people try and survive seriously scary zombies that not only want to kill you but also want to f@ck you try the original series of Crossed. It is completely unfilmable as it ticks off almost every taboo, unlike the very safe Walking Dead. |
