a hundred and sixty of us living in a small shoebox in the middle of the road

Mines a ham cheese onion omelette bubble and tin tomatoes along with chilli sauce that I carry nigh on everywhere

Yeah full English,I hate mushrooms though, and not every cafe does French toast
