Talk to me about sandwiches. Your favourite(s).

I’ve just eaten the most delicious sandwich.

Sourdough bread, rocket, cherry tomatoes, mayo, a squeeze of fresh lime and fresh crabmeat. The crab was still in the Atlantic this morning.

It was fucking beaut.

Personally, I have a penchant for pastrami, cream cheese, gherkin and dill in a toasted and still warm bagel.

Now I'm hungry...

I think breakfast sandwiches are better when they’re cold. Lots of butter and brown sauce.

.

Ooooft.

Fillet steak, thinly sliced, medium rare, fresh horseradish sauce, bit of mayo, wild mushrooms lightly sauteed in butter and some cara_elised onions finely chopped, some lambs lettuce in a fresh ciabatta roll that barely contains it all.

Or grilled halloumi, hummus, fire roasted red peppers as a sort of open sandwich of deliciousness.

A world all of his own

Hot - bacon and egg.

Cold - cheese and tomatoe (lashing of salt and pepper) and a bag of S&V on the side.

Both served with a cuppa
