My day started a tad plop. So I did lots of jobs around the house .

Then out for a splendid sunshine walk , that made the world seem a super happy place again

Walk the doggo - he’s a superb listener then perhaps an alcoholic beverage but if it’s been a particularly awful day four of five Old Fashioneds do the trick

For me I chat to friends. Have a soak in the hot tub or find ways to make the shit day into a great day. I've actually had a lovely day though..sorry
