It takes a lot for me to lose my temper. Probably happens about twice or thrice a year. It's normally to do with putting my kids or saying something that touches a nerve...discussing suicide, or disability which are my trigger subjects.. ( You have been warned)

I'm quite a short tempered person but once I've had my rant I'm over it and can move on

I don't. I think I've only lost it once and it had taken a lot of pushing to get me to that point.

I tend to get frustrated with myself rather than other people.

I have a short fuse, Latin temperament. I’m most likely to get grouchy than lose my temper though. Thoughtlessness, lack of respect for me or others, behaving ignorantly, poor customer service, not upholding commitments and behaving like an arsehole on the road are the most likely to cause my blood to boil a bit

Inanimate objects when I perceive them to not be cooperative, usually -Mrs

I feel confident I can say the same for my husband.

Or losing things makes us both lose it

I rarely lose my temper. The last time was about 5 years ago when a guy insulted Mr N.
