It all depends on your walls you don't want to clash with them. Patterned walls plain paper, plain walls patterned curtains.

The entire room is plain, different shades of beiges and golds, but I saw a beautiful pair of glittery gold curtains and matching scatter cushions!

Go for plain, as they are often the more expensive textile, snd therefore less likely to be replaced.

Choose your curtains wisely, and have different accessories for the different seasons, such as a patterned blanket, throws etc.

It sounds like that could work,I just don't like thing's to be too plain it's all personal choice isn't it. Glittery gold curtains don't sound plain though so if you love them go for it.

I personally would go for patterned Reason being that if you ever had a man friend come over and he came over your curtains or wiped his cock in them a pattern would hide the stain much better than plain

Would it hide his man friend's blood stain when he thumps him after said man friend has wiped his cock on them I wonder.

With plain walls I'd say patterned curtains and add some texture in terms of fabrics.. like the cushions.

None of my windows have curtains. They are just dust collectors. I have coloured roller blinds on all my windows.

I totally agree sweetie BUT you can’t beat the look at a pair of expensive floor to ceiling curtains in a tall room, adds such an air of class and grand-ness

I’m one of those people who will spend a lot on something and do without somewhere else’s, so curtains = yes, food = soup for the rest of the week lol
