Mixed bag today .... had an ex get in touch after a few years asking to go out with me again.
Got a text off another guy asking how I was but he was only enquiring as he was using up excess texts.  |

I put a meet today on and was very very happy that a lady msg me and said she was free tonight. Nver happend before that as I always have to mail them first.
She then asked for face pics and then said sorry I wernt for her in the end.
So what made me smile then well I spose I smiled cos maybe I have a face only a mother could love hahaha aint mams brill |

Taxi driver was cheery and didn't overcharge me this morning 
I got a fairly naff but free gift from 'Max Factor' for buying their foundation and powder.
I'm doing those silly 'South Park' versions of the guys in my office
I saw a tiny cute kitten looking through the open door at work, I squealed how cute it was and went to scoop it up and it was the doorstop... I wasn't wearing me specs
... I have chocolate fudge cake and cream in the fridge for later |

I left the ex when other friends said I was mad to do so, he had a Bayliner cruiser in the marina and a ferrari in the garage of his big house, I saw past all the trappings and wasn't impressed with the person. I doubt if I would change my mind about him.
Whereas the excess texter was a young guy who does genuinely make me laugh in person, so the text made me smile and shake my head.

I have to lose 3 stone, have lost a stone in 4 weeks and am surprised how much better i look, just from losing 1 stone. Spoke to a man i am meeting next week on the phone and he sounds nice. My dog always makes me laugh because she is so tiny and so crazy. |

To anyone that make take this the wrong way then all I can say is im not poking fun at the floods in Chewksburry and am sorry for the loss of peoples property etc etc down there. But thinking on a practical side of things if the lady has a spare canooe then maybe cos its not raining as hard now she could then improvise by sticking some wheels on it

have recovered 6 dinning chairs that i bought off ebay for 99p, fabric cost me £10 reduced at dunelm mill and im gonna paint em next week....... they look great already, am really impressed with myself! |

Got the very complicated paperwork through for Spain.....made me extremely happy....saw the enclosed final bill from the Spanish legal team.....made me laugh as it was getting on for double of what we agreed....
