Can't believe at 48 I've only just found gin lol the Parma violet gin is nice but fave so far is the rhubarb and ginger ....next to try is the blood orange

I'm having one Silent Pool gin with a Mediterranean fever tree and a slice of and a fat slice of pink grapefruit. It's lovely. I can only have one as I'm on antibiotics and rattling with pain killers!!!

It's a large one though

Can we propose a Negroni? Dark, strong and sophisticated! Packs a punch! Mix 30 mls of Gin, Campari, and red Vermouth in a tall class with lots of ice.. stir well, and add a slice of orange! Enjoy slowly with some Pistachios and some Prosciutto... Molto elagantti... A great way to start an evening...
