Fan or not
My old man used to turn the volume right up every Sunday playing his old vinyls and Queen was his favourite. My sister and I used to think “not this shite again”
Since watching bohemian rhapsody I can’t get enough of it
I regret now not going to see them live
Best performer I’ve ever seen......LEGEND |

Just watched a programme about him & can not believe it’s been nearly 30 years of his passing! if only what is out now (medication) was out then the man would still be rocking! |

Massive fans here.
A superb showman, a great voice and he wasn’t half bad on the piano.
Loved him and what he stood for, he epitomised the whole live life to the full, here for a good time not a long time.
He did what he did and said he never regretted a single thing he did. And that’s the only way to be in my opinion. |

How true, whenever my granddaughter hears them now she says “poor Freddie” it’s what I said when I watched a video of them recording these are the days of our lives |

What a concert that was |

He was the greatest showman to me not one of my favourites when younger due to peer pressure, gay stigma and teen ignorance, but with a litte wisdom fuck me really what a human being total example to those who feel thinking differently is a failing

Love Queen but never got to see them when Freddie was alive.
I did, however, attend the Wembley Tribute concert. What a day that was and such love shown for him by his peers xx |

"Gonna be the odd one out (again), leave me cold, turn them off if they come on the radio " .
LOL, I’ve finally found someone who agrees with me . Ok he was very talented but we all have different taste in music. |

"One of the best ever male vocalists the world has ever seen. Love the man or not he was an amazing artist. FAN "
But how do we judge who the best vocalist is?, we all have different tastes in music, I don’t like Freddie but I’d never say he wasn’t talented.

It doesn't matter what type of music you like. He could tailor his voice to meet the needs of any song. Pure natural ability |

I’m not denying his talent, personally he didn’t do it for me. I constantly have this discussion with my partner and her brother as Freddie is their hero. |

My partner says the same, she had tickets for the concert and didn’t go. I go to as many concerts as I can, The Boss is one of the best I’ve seen. |

I saw Queen twice, he was an outstanding vocalist, showman, musician and songwriter. It's a tragedy that he died so young.
I personally prefer Queen's earlier stuff. |

"Definitely a fan, there's not really anyone who comes close now a days. .
What! Theresa May (remember her) dancing put Freddie Mercury's act to shame"
It would have been better if she had done a version of I Want To Break Free

The only good thing my mum managed was to raise me on decent music like Queen, Bowie, T-Rex, Thin Lizzy; Queen being her favourite. Freddie lived just down the road from where she lived. Still one of my favourite bands and that movie.
Was doing a music side project a few years ago and did a really heavy slow doom/drone version of Bo Rhap. Never got to do it libe though. |
