I'm sat on my bed having a little sob...
Not cos I'm sad, I've been super stressed lately and worrying about a lot of things and I've just been reminded how lucky I am to be accepted and loved for who I am, even though I'm a total pain in the ass! I have a handful of awesome friends, brilliant parents and a man who supports me and is always cheering me on (and he's hot ).
Made me all emotional, must be the hormones!
Are you often reminded how lucky you really are?
Do you cry like a twat too? |

"We are both very aware of how amazingly lucky we are to have found each other and we make that very clear to each other frequently. "
Tbh, I probably tell him too much |

Aww Eileen. I think you're wonderful.
Yes, I am. After a long day in a swelteringly hot ward my partner spent a good hour listening to me verbalising all of my head stuff at stupid o clock at night. It was cathartic and then I happy cried. Fuck knows how he is so patient. |

I frequently find myself crying over the slightest thing. Trying to get the lid off a bottle or not being able to find something I’ve been tripping over for the past week and now it’s gone. That sort of thing sets me off but it’s because of a build up of other stuff which causes the hair trigger reaction. A few sobs and then I give my head a wobble and I’m usually OK. |

Life can get you this way, you can't always see or feel the good things about or around us.
I think it's ok to have a little cry or feel stressed and pissed off before picking yourself back up. Because picking yourself back up is the important thing.
It's great that you have such good people around you. Happy tears aww that's nice x |

We all cry now and then and get emotional over stuff so your not silly unless we all are counting blessings and releasing emotions is far better quality than bottling it up and being ungrateful xxx |

Our emotions and expression of them isn't something I'd think of negatively, unless holding is back. I'm fairly emotional, perhaps not always in keeping with others but I'm content. Better that than closed or departed |
